Eric, the owner of Rightman Industrial, began his career in the recycling industry, working for a local company where he developed a deep understanding of waste management and industrial equipment. His passion for providing personalized service led him to establish Rightman Industrial in 2016. The company’s mission was simple: offer better, more individualized service to customers across Michigan.

From an early focus on building roll-off containers and servicing industrial trash compactors and loading dock equipment, Eric and his team have grown Rightman Industrial with a strong foundation in the waste and recycling industry. Recognizing a demand for greater transparency and efficiency, Eric expanded the business in 2022 by launching a second division dedicated to rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps, and motors. This expansion was driven by the desire to provide faster turnaround times, improved transparency, and superior quality to customers in West Michigan.
